Typhoon and Rainstorm Warning
The following will apply to all scheduled lectures, seminars and classes at Ming Hua:
Warning Signal | Measures |
Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning | All scheduled lectures, seminars and classes are to be held as usual. |
Black Rainstorm Warning

All lectures, seminars, and classes will be cancelled. If the warning is hoisted during lectures, seminars and classes, students should remain in class until the warning is removed and the weather conditions are safe enough to leave the venue. |
Typhoon Signal No. 1 or 3 | All scheduled lectures, seminars and classes are to be held as usual. |
Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above | When the signal is expected to be issued within the following two hours, all lectures, seminars and classes will be cancelled. If the signal is hoisted during classes, students should remain in class until the warning is removed and the weather conditions are safe enough to leave the venue. |
If Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or higher)/Black Rainstorm Warning is cancelled: 1. at or before 0700: all morning lectures, seminars and classes will be held as scheduled. 2. at or before 1100: all afternoon lectures, seminars and classes will be held as scheduled. 3. at or before 1500: all evening lectures, seminars and classes will be held as scheduled. |

If the Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or higher)/Black Rainstorm Warning is still in force at 1500, all evening lectures, seminars and classes will be cancelled. |
Remark: All Zoom classes will not be affected.
